I sing with the Memphis Men’s Chorale.

I take frequent walks. And I check in with

my “peeps” regularly.

How timely. Being around others in small communities like church, cards, recovery. Connections are key to my peace. Thank you.

Sharing yoga with others. Spending time with family and friends - in person when possible. If not in real life, then virtually.

Well, I don't know how good you are at watercolor, but if you took that photo of a new moon over a Mississippi River sunset, I think you should count photography along with singing as an artistic outlet that deserves your time!!

Thank you for focusing on this topic. Grounding my peace thru 20 minutes of intentional silence once a week thru centering prayer. Investigating virtual yoga class.

Brava to you -- 20 minutes is A LOT. I still do my five-minute start-my-day meditation you taught me. Most days. :)

Singing has always served as an outlet for my stress and worry, whether it's from work pressures, family drama, or politics. I try to paint, too, although I haven't done it in a bit. I started limiting my time on Twitter and Bluesky, just because when I read all the terrible things going on, my stress levels rise and it's just a vicious cycle. I'm already active in my local political party, but I need to do more. I go out at night and look up to marvel at the night sky. Thank you for reminding us to take care of ourselves!

Singing works wonders for me, too -- the focus it takes, the physical commitment all make everything else go away. xoxo
